I used to be obese but after serious dieting and exercise lost most of my excess , only to put it back on , then I started fasting from dawn to dusk twice a week and for a continous period of  30 Days once a year . This is the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad ( Peace be upon him ) to all Muslims . Im amazed that have mainatined my body weight without any restriction to food types or serious exercise</description>
