		<description>I have always hated routines and I have been on an intermittent eating pattern since adolescence...actually my mother still preaches me about my &quot;chaotic&quot; way of life :) But I am very slim ( BMI 18.5 --I m a woman) , people compliment me on looking unusually young for my age and I have tons of energy...I can do office work for hours and hours at a time and also not sleep for 24-40 hours if there is a need.I have never fainted or had spells in my life like many of my friends do if they skip a meal or God forbid they have to fast for a day. My advice is to not follow a pattern even when fasting...maybe on a Sunday you eat 3-4 meals and the next day is Monday and you just &quot;forget&quot; to eat all day and take your dinner at 23. PM ( like I did today:))In time you will get used with a little hunger sensation and don t run from it. Of course when I eat I try to eat healthy ( fruits, milk, lean meat, and some pasta every day) and some days I eat chocolate or even a little bit of junk food. People are so funny nowadays with those ridiculous rules, they forget not so long ago we were animals in an environment without a fridge and supermarket :)). Let s just hope that in the future we won t have to face a famine that would teach us how to become intermittent eaters.</description>
