		<description>Pasta is good for you if you eat the right type.  The main ingredient in Pasta is flour.  If it is white (and always bleached) flour, then it is no good.  However if it is whole grain pasta then it is definitely good (this would include higher fibre content, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids).</description>
